At Urban Play Salon 2 the discussion was focused on the arts as a drive for various processes such as social change and urban developement and other themes. What is the challenges with such an (instrumentalized) approach towards the arts? And how does it affect the integrity and the liberating potential of the arts when it has to function as a mediating tool?
